Clear Stream Avenue School students were encouraged to send in nonperishable food donations to support local organizations that are in need of food. Organized by teachers Diana Clarke, Jonathan Greiss and Pete Hansen, staff and students took part in a friendly competition to see who could bring in the most donations – the students clearly won. In only four days, these Global Leaders of Tomorrow collected more than 800 items to benefit those in need, doing their part to support the United Nation’s Sustainability Goal #2 of creating a world free of hunger.
