We welcome inquiries from parents and community members regarding school matters. The best way to get support is to start with the person most directly involved in your situation. If your concern is not resolved, it can be escalated to the next staff member in the chain of communication. Our goal is always to respond to your concerns thoughtfully and ensure your questions are addressed.

Before contacting the next level, please confirm you have:

  • Discussed the issue with the Principal, Assistant Superintendent, or Director.
  • Attended one or more meetings to discuss your concerns.
  • Elevated the concern to the Superintendent.

If you have completed all of the above and your concern is still not addressed, you are advised to contact the Board of Education as the final step to ensure your concern is fully considered.
